After fourteen years in the Navy, our founder learned that real fulfillment comes from mission and leadership. It’s about earning trust, setting standards, and knowing that what you do matters to the people beside you. When he left uniform, he wanted his next mission to carry that same weight of responsibility—strengthening the country in a new way.
